Short-stay (Type C) for short courses; Long-stay (Type D) for full programs and research.
Short stay (Type C)
- For short courses, summer schools, or exchanges under 90 days.
- Provide course/program confirmation, proof of accommodation and funds.
Long-stay (Type D)
For full degree programs, vocational training, or research exceeding 90 days.
Type D visa is a pre-entry visa; after arrival, register with immigration to obtain a residence permit.
Checklist (Student)
- Official admission/enrolment letter from an accredited institution.
- Proof of sufficient funds (bank statements, scholarship, sponsor letter).
- Accommodation confirmation or declaration of hospitality.
- Recent photos and valid passport.
- Health/travel insurance covering duration.
- Criminal record and/or medical certificate if required.
